Eliminates the turkey stamp requirement for hunting wild turkeys in Minnesota and removes the related dedicated revenue account for turkey management.

Reduces the resident turkey license fee from $26 to $21 for persons age 18 or over, and reduces the nonresident turkey license fee from $91 to $86.

Removes turkey stamp from lifetime hunting license packages, which no longer include turkey stamp validation for resident and nonresident lifetime small game and sporting licenses.

Removes reporting requirements for the wild turkey management account from annual game and fish fund reports submitted to the legislature.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
