Removes the 50-cent per-deer-license transfer to the wolf management and monitoring account that was previously required under Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 97A.075, subdivision 1(e).

Eliminates the 50-cent annual transfer from the lifetime fish and wildlife trust fund for wolf management purposes.

Maintains existing deer license revenue allocations for deer habitat improvement, deer and bear management programs, and emergency deer feeding and wild cervidae health management.

Takes effect July 1, 2016.
