Removes the five-cents-per-taxable-ton reduction to the aid guarantee for section 298.28, subdivision 5, paragraph (b) distributions for production years 2014 and thereafter.

Increases county distribution rates from 10.525 cents to 15.525 cents per taxable ton for distributions to counties where taconite is mined or quarried, effective beginning in 2016.

Increases county road and bridge fund distribution rates from 10.525 cents to 15.525 cents per taxable ton for distributions beginning in 2024, effective beginning in 2016.

Makes all amendments effective beginning with distributions in 2016 and thereafter.
