Creates the Immigration Integration Advisory Task Force composed of five governor-appointed members representing diverse immigrant communities, two House members (appointed by speaker and minority leader), and two senators (appointed by majority and minority leaders).

Task force shall research state laws and rules that negatively affect immigrants and develop methods to ensure future proposed laws consider immigrant impacts.

Commissioner of Human Rights provides meeting space and administrative support; task force elects chair and cochair at first meeting.

Task force must report findings and draft legislation to relevant House and Senate committees by January 15, 2017, with recommendations for state law changes consistent with federal law.

Task force expires on January 30, 2017, or upon report submission, whichever is earlier; initial appointments required by August 1, 2016, with first meeting by September 1, 2016.
