Amends Minnesota Statutes section 171.27 to add Peace Corps volunteers to the existing military exception for driver's license renewal requirements.

Peace Corps volunteers serving outside Minnesota receive the same driver's license extension as active military service members, allowing their licenses to remain valid without renewal during service.

Extended licenses continue in full force until one year following separation or discharge from Peace Corps volunteer service, and until the license holder's birthday in the fourth full year following their most recent renewal.

Spouses of both active military service members and Peace Corps volunteers are also eligible for the same license extension exception.
