Amends Laws 1994, chapter 643, section 15, subdivision 8 to modify trunk highway facility projects appropriation of $13,016,000 to the commissioner of transportation.

Requires the commissioner of transportation to convey the newly remodeled Burlington Northern train depot rest area in Floodwood to the city of Floodwood for no or nominal consideration upon project completion.

Specifies that the city of Floodwood shall thereafter operate and maintain the remodeled rest area and phase out the wayside rest at Trunk Highways 2 and 73.

Allocates $150,000 for remodeling the old Burlington Northern train depot in Floodwood into a safety information center and rest area.

Funds appropriation includes various transportation facility projects statewide including truck stations, maintenance facilities, storage buildings, and safety rest areas across Minnesota.
