Repeals Minnesota Statutes 2015 Supplement, section 144.4961, the Minnesota Radon Licensing Act, effective the day following final enactment.

Eliminates licensing requirements for radon measurement professionals ($300/year), mitigation professionals ($500/year), mitigation companies ($500/year), and radon analysis laboratories ($500/year).

Removes requirement for radon mitigation system tags ($75 per tag) to be attached to all radon mitigation systems installed in Minnesota on or after October 1, 2017.

Eliminates the Commissioner of Health's authority to adopt rules, oversee enforcement, and coordinate all state functions regarding radon detection, measurement, and mitigation in dwellings and buildings.

Voids the licensing application and fee collection system that deposited radon-related fees into the state government special revenue fund.
