Requires the MNsure board of directors and chief executive officer to respond to information requests from the Legislative Oversight Committee within three business days of receiving the request.

Allows a five business day extension if the initial three business days is insufficient, with notification required before the end of the third business day.

Permits one or more additional five business day extensions as needed, with notification required before the end of each current extension period.

Applies the same three business day response requirement and extension procedures to the commissioner of human services for requests related to MNsure's operation, financing, and its relation to public health care programs.

Exempts both entities from providing data that is prohibited from being shared under other applicable laws.
