Funding is contingent on the city of La Salle committing at least an equal amount ($70,000) from nonstate sources

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $70,000 to provide the appropriated funds

Bond sale authority governed by Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7

Effective the day following final enactment
