Appropriates $300,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Amateur Sports Commission for a grant to the Three Rivers Park District for capital improvements to snowmaking infrastructure at the Bloomington ski jumping facility

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $300,000 to provide the appropriated funds

Bond sale and issuance shall follow procedures prescribed by Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution article XI sections 4 to 7

Effective the day following final enactment
