Establishes a tractor rollover protection pilot grant program administered by the Minnesota Commissioner of Agriculture using nonstate funds.

Provides cost-share grants covering up to 70 percent of documented costs to purchase, ship, and install eligible rollover protective structures on tractors, with grants increased as necessary to limit farmer's out-of-pocket cost to no more than $500 per tractor.

Eligible tractors must have been built before 1987, and rollover protective structures must meet or exceed SAE International standard J2194.

Commissioner may spend up to 20 percent of total program dollars annually on program promotion and must cooperate with the New York Center for Agricultural Medicine and Health to minimize administrative costs.

Program expires on June 30, 2019.
