Appropriates $6,000,000 from bond proceeds to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Keewatin for wastewater infrastructure improvements.

Grant funds cover demolition of an existing wastewater treatment facility and construction of new wastewater treatment ponds in Nashwauk, plus infrastructure to connect Keewatin's wastewater collection system to the new ponds.

Appropriation becomes available only after the city of Keewatin commits at least $6,000,000 in matching funds from nonstate sources.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $6,000,000 to fund the appropriation, following procedures in Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution.

Effective the day following final enactment.
