Amends the definition of "place of employment" to clarify that vehicles used in whole or in part for work purposes are places of employment during hours of operation if more than one person is present.

Removes the previous language limiting the vehicle smoking ban to situations "during hours of operation if more than one person is present" by striking unnecessary conditional language.

Modifies public transportation vehicle smoking rules to prohibit smoking except when the driver uses the vehicle for personal purposes with no for-hire passengers present.

Requires drivers of public transportation vehicles who smoke during personal use to post a conspicuous sign inside the vehicle to inform passengers.
