Appropriates $800,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Cannon Falls for sanitary sewer bridge replacement.

Grant funds cover demolition and removal of the existing bridge and sewer pipe, plus construction and installation of a force main under the Cannon River bed, pumping station, and associated infrastructure.

Appropriation is conditional upon the commissioner of management and budget determining that sufficient nonstate funding has been committed to complete the project.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $800,000 to provide the appropriated funds, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and the Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
