Establishes that owners of real property owe no duty of care to trespassers except where a common law or statutory right of action existed as of the effective date

Preserves all existing immunities from or defenses to civil liability established by other law or available at common law for property owners

Defines "owner" to include possessors of fee interests or life estates, tenants, lessees, occupants, utility easement holders, and persons in control of land

Becomes effective July 1, 2015, and applies only to actions arising from incidents occurring on or after that date
