Amends Minnesota Statutes section 124D.09, subdivision 10, to modify enrollment options for eligible pupils in postsecondary courses.

Requires that courses offered under agreements between public school boards and postsecondary institutions must use the same syllabus, final exam, and grading scale as equivalent courses at the postsecondary institution.

Allows eligible pupils to enroll in nonsectarian courses taught by secondary teachers or postsecondary faculty members at secondary schools or other locations through public school board and postsecondary institution agreements.

Effective for the 2015-2016 school year and later.
