Expands the list of offenses that trigger automatic revocation of a teacher's license to include sex trafficking in the first degree, engaging in hiring minors for prostitution, sexual abuse, solicitation of children for sexual conduct, interference with privacy, stalking of minors, using minors in sexual performances, and possession of child pornography.

Requires the Board of Teaching or Board of School Administrators to automatically revoke a teacher's license without a hearing upon receiving a certified conviction for child abuse or any of the expanded sexual offenses listed.

Allows teachers whose licenses were revoked under these provisions to petition for reconsideration if their conviction is reversed by an appellate court or if they receive a pardon.

Includes any offense not specifically listed that requires registration as a predatory offender under Minnesota law, as well as similar crimes under other state or federal laws.

Requires the Board to notify the school district where the teacher is employed of any licensing action taken under these provisions.
