• Requires distributors, manufacturers, and linked bingo game providers to submit written termination plans upon license surrender or withdrawal, including certified physical inventory and agreement to accept defective equipment returns for up to 6 months.

• Allows merged organizations with at least one active gambling license to be considered as existing for three years if other licensing requirements are met.
