Honors Ellsworth Burch Erickson, who grew up in North St. Paul and served in the Army Air Corps during World War II as an air reconnaissance photographer in the European Theater.

Erickson taught art, photography, and journalism for 35 years at Mounds View High School and colleges, eventually becoming art director for the Mounds View School District.

Operated a photography business and volunteered to document events for St. Mark's Lutheran Church in North St. Paul; was active in the Lions Club, VFW, American Legion, and Disabled American Veterans.

Received the Knight of the Legion of Honor medal from the French Consulate General in 2013 for his wartime service and witnessed completion of North St. Paul Veterans Park in 2015.

Senate directs the Secretary of the Senate to prepare an enrolled copy of the resolution authenticated by the Secretary and Chair of the Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Erickson's family.
