Honors Kathryn LeBrasseur for receiving the Service to Mankind award from the Alexandria Sertoma Chapter on May 4, 2016.

Recognizes LeBrasseur's 35+ years of service to the Alexandria community, including helping establish Meals on Wheels in Douglas County in 1981 and playing a key role in creating the Rainbow Rider transportation system.

Notes that Alexandria Mayor Sara Carlson titled LeBrasseur "Mrs. Alexandria" in recognition of her deep local involvement.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to prepare and transmit an enrolled copy of the resolution to Kathryn LeBrasseur.
