Congratulates Charter Jacobson of Woodbury, Minnesota, for receiving the Eagle Award, the highest award given by the Boy Scouts of America.

Recognizes that Charter Jacobson is a member of Boy Scouts of America Troop 196 and completed a community service project developing a music therapy program for Prelude Homes and Services in Woodbury.

Notes that Charter Jacobson achieved Eagle rank despite being diagnosed with neurofibromatosis 2 and demonstrated mastery of all scouting skills.

Eagle Court of Honor ceremony scheduled for February 21, 2016, at Woodbury Church of Christ.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to prepare and transmit an authenticated copy of this resolution to Charter Jacobson.
