All-State Band audition requires playing all scales in succession at specified articulation and tempo, performing an unaccompanied solo (maximum 5 minutes), and performing a Band Etude from the MMEA website

All-State Band program develops top musicians and leaders among Minnesota's accomplished high school students and supports secondary school music ensembles and MMEA members

Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare an enrolled copy of the resolution authenticated by the Secretary and Chair of the Senate Rules and Administration Committee and transmit it to Miles Klotz
