Honors Warrant Officer Candidate Alan Fred Lee, born November 2, 1986, in San Jose, California, to Laotian refugee parents who moved to Minnesota in 1990.

Recognizes Lee's military service including deployment to Iraq in 2007-2008 (Operation Iraqi Freedom) and 2011-2012 (Operation New Dawn), and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Metropolitan State University earned in 2014.

Acknowledges Lee's leadership as adviser to the Asian American Pacific Islander Special Emphasis Council within the Minnesota National Guard and his role in building relationships between the Guard and Asian-Pacific communities.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to prepare and transmit an enrolled copy of the resolution to Warrant Officer Candidate Alan Fred Lee, authenticated by the Secretary and Chair of the Senate Rules and Administration Committee.
