Secretary of the Senate may purchase 2,740 postage stamps for each Senate member during the 2015 session of the 89th Legislature.

Chair of the Committee on Rules and Administration, in consultation with the Senate Minority Leader, may authorize up to 2,000 additional stamps per member upon written request justifying the need.

Standing committee chairs may receive an additional 1,000 stamps for committee business.

Senate Minority Leader, one minority-designated member, and one majority-designated member each receive an additional 1,000 stamp allowance.

Each Senate member must provide a receipt to the Secretary of the Senate for postage received.
