Members of standing committees and subcommittees of the Minnesota Senate, and their employees, may attend meetings and seminars held within the state during the 2015 session of the 89th Legislature with approval from the Committee on Rules and Administration or its chair

Eligible meetings and seminars include those of the National Conference of State Legislatures and the Council of State Governments and their committees, limited to topics within the standing committee or subcommittee's jurisdiction

The Secretary of the Senate shall pay all expenses incurred for attendance at these meetings and seminars using warrants drawn on the Senate legislative expense fund
