Amends Minnesota Statutes section 561.19 to add a nuisance exemption for livestock production facilities regarding odor complaints.

Livestock facilities are not considered a private or public nuisance due to odor unless they violate hydrogen sulfide ambient air quality standards adopted by the Pollution Control Agency under chapter 116.

Violation must occur when a manure removal exemption authorized under section 116.0713 is not in effect for the nuisance designation to apply.

Livestock facilities must take corrective action when directed by the Pollution Control Agency commissioner or designee to address violations and comply with hydrogen sulfide standards.

Effective the day after final enactment and applies to actions filed on or after that date.
