• Adds a new exemption category (20) to Minnesota's employee overtime requirements for seasonal or temporary agricultural workers in perishable fruits, vegetables, and horticultural/nursery stock production.

• Exemption applies only to workers receiving specified employment benefits including inspected housing meeting federal OSHA standards, workers' compensation insurance, tools/supplies, meals, and transportation.

• Requires employers to provide guaranteed compensation equal to three-fourths of total work days for the contracted period and hourly wages at the Adverse Effect Wage Rate.

• Mandates workers receive hours and earnings statements, guaranteed pay frequency, contract impossibility protections, and disclosure of all pay deductions.

• Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
