Modifies medical assistance coverage of chiropractic services to include one annual evaluation and up to 24 visits per year, with prior authorization available for additional visits.

Expands covered services to include medically necessary therapy and evaluation and management services provided by individuals licensed under Minnesota Statutes section 148.06, subject to visit limitations and scope of practice requirements.

Requires the commissioner, in consultation with the Health Services Policy Committee, to specify which therapy and evaluation and management services are covered, limited to those related to a chiropractic plan of care.

Repeals Minnesota Rules part 9505.0245, which previously restricted coverage to manual spine manipulation for subluxation treatment and specific x-ray services.
