Requires the Board of Teaching and Board of School Administrators to collect and report annual summary data on teacher and administrator preparation and performance outcomes, with data updated and posted by June 1 each year.

Mandates that publicly reported summary data on teacher preparation programs include student entrance requirements, faculty qualifications, graduation rates, employment outcomes, exam pass rates, and graduate satisfaction surveys, disaggregated by race when statistically reliable.

Requires the same disaggregation by race for administrator preparation program data, including faculty qualifications, completion time, licensure attainment, employment outcomes, and satisfaction surveys.

Directs school districts to report by October 1 annually to the Board of Teaching information on teachers completing probationary periods, including effectiveness ratings, licensure areas, and their preparation program source.

Directs school districts to report by October 1 annually to the Board of School Administrators information on principals and assistant principals completing probationary periods, including effectiveness ratings and preparation program source.
