Mandates reasonable efforts to encourage persons submitting documents or data for distribution at public meetings to use formats compliant with accessibility standards.

Allows the Legislative Coordinating Commission or relevant house committees to modify standards to prevent undue burden as defined in statute.

Requires development of a process for granting exemptions to accessibility standards.

Defines "legislative branch" to include the house of representatives, senate, Legislative Coordinating Commission, and all offices, departments, commissions, and committees within their jurisdiction.
