Appropriates $150,000 in fiscal year 2018 and $150,000 in fiscal year 2019 from the general fund to the commissioner of transportation for grants to transportation management organizations.

Grants must be distributed to organizations providing services exclusively or primarily in the highest-population city along the Interstate Highway 494 corridor.

Commissioner must distribute all appropriated funds with no portion retained, and grant payments must be made in full by July 31 of each fiscal year.

Permissible uses of funds include administrative expenses, staffing, communications, outreach and education program development, and operations management.

If this appropriation is enacted in more than one act during the 2017 legislative session, it must be given effect only once.
