Appropriates $30,000 in fiscal year 2018 and $20,000 in fiscal year 2019 from the arts and cultural heritage fund to the Minnesota State Arts Board.

Funds design, consultation, creation, and administration of a statewide arts software application for electronic and mobile devices to locate artists, arts organizations, and art education programs throughout Minnesota.

Minnesota State Arts Board must consult with regional arts councils, private and nonprofit arts organizations, and the regional library system to develop content criteria for the software application.

Application must be free for users to download.

Funding may be used for ongoing costs associated with developing content, updating software, contracting for software development and updates, and expanding electronic content in fiscal years 2018 and 2019.
