Recipients of $25,000 or more from the outdoor heritage fund, clean water fund, parks and trails fund, or arts and cultural heritage fund in fiscal year 2018 or 2019 must prepare a disparities impact report.

Reports must document actions taken to ensure that legacy-funded programs decrease or at minimum do not increase disparities in economic, employment, health, education, or public safety outcomes between state population and subgroups defined by race, gender, and geography.

Recipients must submit reports to legislative committees with jurisdiction over legacy funds no later than January 15 in each fiscal year they receive funding.

Reports must include program goals and outcomes related to decreasing disparities and recommendations for additional actions to address disparities in future programming using legacy funds.
