Amends Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 18.79, subdivision 18 to require the commissioner of agriculture to post notice on the department's website and in agricultural media when a weed on the eradicate list is confirmed for the first time in a county

Requires the commissioner to disseminate information and conduct educational campaigns regarding control of noxious weeds or invasive plants to enhance regulatory compliance and voluntary elimination or management efforts

Mandates the commissioner maintain noxious weed management information on the department's website including roles and responsibilities of citizens and government entities under sections 18.76 to 18.91

Requires the commissioner to provide specific guidance on the department's website regarding whom a person should contact to report a noxious weed issue
