Allocates $965 for sentence-to-service and community work service claims under $7,000 and other previously paid claims.

Provides individual payments to eight named individuals for permanent injuries sustained while performing assigned duties at Minnesota Correctional Facilities, ranging from $750 to $9,350 per person.

Includes $4,209.30 for medical provider treatment of James Comstock for injuries sustained at Minnesota Correctional Facility - Stillwater; appropriation available until June 30, 2018.
