Minnesota Initiative Foundations must provide small business development resources, training, and technical assistance to rural child care business owners through a learning cohort to stabilize operations and improve business acumen.

Minnesota Initiative Foundations must recruit child care programs to participate in Parent Aware rating system by providing targeted resources, low-cost training, professional development, and enhanced coaching to rural child care providers.
