Commissioner shall issue special Rotary International license plates for passenger automobiles, noncommercial one-ton pickup trucks, motorcycles, or recreational motor vehicles to registered owners who meet eligibility requirements.

Applicants must pay an additional $10 fee per set of plates, standard registration tax, and contribute $25 upon initial application plus minimum $5 annually to Rotary International District 5950 account.

Plate design shall include the Rotary International symbol and the phrase "Service Above Self."

Special plates may be transferred to another qualified vehicle registered to the same individual upon application and payment of a $5 transfer fee.

Contributions collected are deposited in the Rotary International District 5950 account in the special revenue fund, with funds appropriated to the commissioner of public safety to cover administration costs and distribute remaining funds to Rotary International District 5950.
