$3,000,000 appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the Metropolitan Council for environmental analysis, design, and engineering of the Gateway Corridor Bus Rapid Transit Guideway (Metro Gold Line).

Project includes a bridge over Interstate Highway 94 between Oakdale and Woodbury designed for multimodal use by bus, automobile, bicycle, and pedestrian traffic.

Commissioner of management and budget authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $3,000,000 to provide the appropriated funds, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Section becomes effective the day following final enactment.
