Requires the office to monitor grants made by the Department of Commerce as a new subdivision to Minnesota Statutes section 16B.97.

Mandates immediate termination of grant agreements if the recipient is convicted of a criminal offense relating to the state grant agreement.

Mandates immediate termination of grant agreements if the grant recipient is under investigation by a federal, state, or local law enforcement agency for matters relating to administration of a state grant, as determined by the granting agency or the commissioner of administration.

Applies these termination requirements to all grant agreements subject to sections 16B.97 and 16B.98.
