Commissioner of Education must create a poster notifying children how to report child abuse or neglect, in consultation with local, state, and federal agencies and nonprofit organizations.

Poster must include a note directing children to dial 911 in emergencies, a phone number for county child protection services, be at least 8-1/2 by 11 inches, and be produced in at least five languages other than English spoken in the state.

Commissioner shall make all poster versions available to the public on the department's website.

School districts, charter schools, and nonpublic schools must post the commissioner-created poster or their own poster meeting the same requirements in areas where students frequently congregate.

Schools must post poster versions in languages spoken by a significant portion of their student body.
