Allows registered owners of vehicles bearing special World War II veteran plates issued under Minnesota Statutes section 168.123, subdivision 2, paragraph (c), to use disability parking privileges.

Permits these World War II veteran plate vehicles to park in designated disabled parking spaces, metered parking spaces without paying fees, and nonmetered spaces with time restrictions.

Requires vehicles to visibly display either a disability plate, certificate, permit, or equivalent credentials from another state or foreign country to exercise parking privileges.

Amends Minnesota Statutes sections 169.345 and 169.346 to define "eligible vehicle" to include vehicles with World War II veteran plates and to clarify disability parking requirements and restrictions.

Maintains existing restrictions on disability parking in no-parking zones, fire lanes, transit stops, and areas prohibited by local ordinances.
