Establishes a new civil cause of action in Minnesota Statutes chapter 604 allowing agricultural food producers to sue for damages resulting from disparagement of their products.

Defines "disparagement" as knowingly disseminating false information to the public stating or implying that an agricultural food product is unsafe for consumption or that standard agricultural management practices make it unsafe.

Allows producers to recover triple damages if the person disparaging the product acted with intent to harm the producer.

Applies the time limitation for civil actions under Minnesota Statutes section 541.07, clause (1) to disparagement lawsuits.

Covers agricultural and aquacultural food products sold in forms that will perish or decay beyond marketability within a period of time.
