• Secretary of State shall prepare written materials for landlords containing voter registration process information and polling place location details, reviewed at least annually and posted on the secretary's website.

• Landlords must provide written voter registration information to each tenant 18 years or older within 30 days after lease execution, using materials prescribed by the Secretary of State.

• Materials must include information on registering to vote, updating existing registrations, and locating the polling place for the tenant's precinct.

• Effective July 1, 2018, applying to all lease agreements entered into on or after that date.
