Prohibits insurers from refusing to renew, declining to offer, reducing limits, canceling, or charging differential rates for homeowner's insurance based on ownership of any specific dog breed on the property.

Exemption applies if a dog has been designated as a dangerous dog as defined in Minnesota Statutes section 347.50, subdivision 2.

Adds new section 65A.298 to Minnesota Statutes chapter 65A.
