Licensed family child care providers and child care centers must post correction orders or conditional licenses issued by the commissioner in a conspicuous place visible to service recipients and visitors for two years.

Maltreatment investigation memoranda prepared under sections 626.556 or 626.557 must be posted alongside the correction order or conditional license.

When the commissioner reverses or rescinds a violation upon reconsideration, an amended correction order must be issued and posted by the license holder.

License holders must remove the original correction order from posting if it is rescinded or reversed in full upon reconsideration.

Posting requirements apply regardless of any pending request for reconsideration of the correction order or conditional license by the license holder.
