Establishes an eight-member Legislative Task Force on Sexual Harassment with two members appointed by each of the four legislative leaders (House Speaker, House Minority Leader, Senate Majority Leader, Senate Minority Leader).

Requires appointees to have demonstrated expertise in sexual harassment issues, human resources, public sector employment law, or employee-focused employment law; current legislators, legislative staff, and lobbyists are ineligible.

Task force must study and recommend best practices on reporting procedures for sexual misconduct, training requirements for elected officials and staff, and nonpartisan complaint investigation processes with accountability measures.

Task force must submit a report with recommendations to the Legislative Coordinating Commission and relevant house and senate committees no later than 60 days after its first meeting.

Task force expires upon submission of the required report; the Legislative Coordinating Commission must provide staff support; effective the day following final enactment.
