Appropriates $13,882,000 from bond proceeds to construct two new secure assisted living units for Minnesota Sex Offender Program patients at St. Peter Regional Treatment Center campus.

Each unit includes space for dining, living, group meeting and treatment rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, visitation, clinic and professional staff areas, operations staff areas, patient and operations storage, indoor recreation, and outdoor activity space.

Funding covers predesign, design fees, construction administration, project management, site work, site and building infrastructure, construction, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

Authorizes commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds up to $13,882,000 according to Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Effective the day following final enactment.
