Amends Minnesota Statutes section 634.20 to add violations of domestic abuse no contact orders under section 629.75 to the types of domestic conduct evidence admissible in court proceedings.

Evidence of domestic conduct by an accused against domestic abuse victims or family/household members remains admissible unless probative value is substantially outweighed by danger of unfair prejudice, confusion, or misleading the jury.

Expands the definition of "domestic conduct" to include violations of orders for protection, harassment restraining orders, domestic abuse no contact orders, and violations of sections 609.749 and 609.79, subdivision 1.

Uses the definitions of "domestic abuse" and "family or household members" from section 518B.01, subdivision 2.

Becomes effective the day following final enactment.
