Adds licensed physical therapists to the list of health professionals authorized to provide medical statements for disabled parking privileges in Minnesota, alongside physicians, physician assistants, advanced practice registered nurses, and chiropractors.

Amends Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 169.345, subdivision 2 to include "licensed physical therapist" in the definition of "health professional."

Maintains existing definitions for physically disabled persons, including those unable to walk without significant fall risk, those unable to walk 200 feet without rest, those requiring mobility aids, and those with respiratory, cardiac, or other severe conditions.
