Appropriates $50,000,000 from state bond proceeds to the commissioner of transportation for local roads and bridges projects.

Allocates $25,000,000 to match federal funds and replace or rehabilitate local deficient bridges under Minnesota Statutes section 174.50.

Allocates $25,000,000 for trunk highway corridor projects, construction of local roads with statewide or regional significance, and grants to counties for rural road safety capital improvements on county state-aid highways.

Authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue up to $50,000,000 in state bonds to fund the appropriation, following procedures in Minnesota Statutes sections 16A.631 to 16A.675 and Minnesota Constitution article XI, sections 4 to 7.

Takes effect the day following final enactment.
